Page 4 is returning a 404 error from imageshack both in Safari and Firefox. Does anyone have a copy of it please?

funny thing, seems like Safari Browser doesn't see this image, as your post also appears to be broken. However, using Firefox, now, ...no problem. How about that...

Sorry to tell you, but this was never part of the manual that was distributed by KFC. Maybe some franchisee or someone else prepared it.

Marvin, thank you mate, for the commentary... Perhaps you could elaborate?

I do believe that this is a manual from before the sellout of 1964. It came from a member of TCK who had a relative who was a longterm employee of the Corporation...

Do you have any manuals, Marvin? I'd LOVE to put more on the forum, if I could...

Actually no... This manual mentions packaged gravy, so it must be from 64-71... I do know that whilst Brown and Massey cleaned the whole operation up, it was still somewhat haphazard... And rules and regulations weren't always applied evenly, across the board.

Perhaps this manual came from a region different to yours Marv?

It definitely reads as authentic... The recipes and the processes are all spot on...
